Hey there, it's been a while, but man there's been so much to report!!!
I'm continuing my comics and getting a new job soon enough, as well as recreating a garden, and.....
making a secret birthday present!
Now, in the last post you see the Robles' Armory Wall, and it was upsetting that such a magnificent wall never got a progressional video made. So, I decided to make a progressional video of my secret birthday present and it's now posted on youtube! His Birthday isn't until June, so NO TELLING, ok?

It's called "Quick Paint Navy Collage by Lilah Robles". I have more info about it. PLEASE WATCH AND LIKE!!!!!!!
Also, I've been working on a few scratchboard projects, but still in the process of finishing them, so I'll be sure to have those scanned in once I'm done.
I have a party to plan out, and if there are any suggestions, please let me know! Thank you for reading and watching!

New House, New Car, New EVERYTHING!!!
OMG, have I been busy! I would like to thank anyone who's read any of my blogs, and I'm terribly sorry that I don't keep up with this as regular as I should.
I continue to do my series, and I have also finished a new project with painting an Armory Wall.
Yes, I'm a geek, your point?
The Robles' Armory Wall. By Josue and Lilah Robles. Acrylic Paint. April 15-28th, 2012.
This is the ultimate geek test! When we were picking out weapons, we were looking for unique and popular. Some weapons we thought of were yes, popular, but put it to a black silhouette, and it wouldn't look special, like the Master Sword from Legend of Zelda. In color, special; black silhouette, confusion.
All of these had unusual shapes and sizes that would make them stand out a bit more. Can you think of all of them?
Geekgasm.com just asked us for a release of this picture for their website, so be sure to check it out there too!! :D
I hope this will please the inner geek in you!

Everything's Complicated in a Glitched World
Hey, I've been going through quite the ups and downs with technology, family, and personal. So, the first thing is the wepisodes are still in process. We've been drawing and inking, so we'll be doing some animations once we get more stories down. That's our main focus at this point. I KNOW this will be a success!!
We were supposed to move into our new house 2days ago, but the original owners messed up on some paperwork, so we've been pushed back to St. Patrick's Day, so at the least the house will be decorated in a ton of green and orange! And clean! :-D
I now work as a photographer and would like to take this moment to encourage anyone reading this to PLEASE contact me for family photos! I can do birthdays, families, graduations, weddings, and more!
Finally, I also have some new sketches that I'll soon have up. Tell me what you think!
Thank you and have a great day!

The Stress of the Mess
Hello everyone! Happy New Year's! I tried to blog that day, but the computer crashed, and I finally bought another computer, so forgive my lateness.
Other than the computer crashing, I've been on the move for a new studio, and I believe I've finally found it! It's gorgeous on the inside and the neighborhood seems legit, so I'll be continuing my artwork there and moving onto some more series. I'm currently resorting at my sister-in-laws' place, and I think she's been in a terrible and evil mood. She's a nice person overall, but she just got out of an arguement with her mother about education blah, and that just leads into why a little bit of her shredded cheese is missing. My goodness, we'll pay her back for the entire bag, but we only used 1 Tb. of it for a quick recipe, and I was under the impression from my hubby that we were allowed at the shredded cheese;
I guess not.
Yea, a good guest doesn't intrude on food, but again, it was a misunderstanding, and I'll be sure not to ever touch the cheese. Especially when it's *nacho* cheese. Get it? Get it? No? oh well...
A part of my stress is also due to the fact that I've been looking everywhere for a job, and it's very hard to find something, but I still have my artwork. I would like to see an increase of artistic clients soon so that I can avoid the 9-5 office job that apparently everyone calls "real". Does everything have to be pessismestic in order to be considered real? It's like being given an ice cream that's low fat. Too good to be true and therefore, it's not real. Come on people, it's right there!!!!!
Anyway, I'm ranting on and on. I will be sure to keep up on this blog, now that I have a working computer. Have a great year and I hope to do your artwork soon!

Surfaces
Hello, thanks for reading my blogs, and thanks for enduring these diary-type of posts. A lot of stress has been piling up to the many factors of my life, and I was hoping these would be used for an adventure and not some business transaction. I haven't had much time to work on my artwork, but I did get a chance to color-draw out a mural idea with an enchanted forest theme. Once I get it scanned, I'll post it. I also plan to post a few more quick, conceptual pieces of a mural that's forming in my head. It's expanding a little greater, so naturally, I would like to paint it on a wall if at all possible. I'm also inspired to do some dimensional artwork in the style of T. Beever. Have you seen his work? His sidewalk chalk makes it look like a pond is there, or batman and robin are climbing up a skyscraper, or the blocks are that big, and I love it all! I wish I knew how he did that. I know it must take some measuring and getting used to, but it would be an honor to do some master studies of his work, because it's truly a marvel to look at. Google him sometime!
